A couple of things that really impressed me about this bank. When I walked into Integro Bank, they have this "bar". By day it is a coffee bar and after hours it turns into a wine bar. They certainly know how to work hard and play hard. Also, if you want to sit down with the CEO, no problem. I had an hour with Thomas just yesterday to talk about life, business, family, travel, and wine. If I was starting a business today or even if I owned a business, I would have a conversation with Thomas, Elaine, or any of the wonderful staff at Integro Bank.
