According to the Small Business Administration, there are 30,748,033 small businesses in the United States, and 99.9% of all companies are small business. Small business employs 59.9 million people, representing 47.3 percent of the U.S. private workforce. From 2000 to 2018, small business created 9.6 million net new jobs while large businesses created 5.2 million. Small business accounts for 64.9% of net new jobs in the United States. These statistics illustrate that Small Business has a direct and significant impact in the quality of people's lives and workforce.

Furthermore, all Integro Bank's targeted markets ranked in the top ten with the highest small business job growth since 2016. Nevada ranked number two with a 23.11% increase since 2016 and Arizona had a 17.5% increase*.
